Adobe Flash Player Error

Adobe Flash Player Error.

As we continue to provide more information on our site and as the world wide web experience continues to evolve, more information may require "plug-ins, add-ons, extensions' etc due to advances in web-browsers, anti-virus programs, website security features.

We will continue working hard to make sure that the information we offer compatible and accessible to as many users as possible but we also recognize that despite our best efforts, you may still experience some access and visibility errors. Most notably in the form of Flash media errors.

We have copied some information below related to this common issue that we hope is helpful and have provided a link to access for more detailed information and support.

Problems when trying to access information when receiving an error message stating, 'Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. You need to updated to the latest flash player...'
Hopefully updating to the latest version will correct all errors but in the event you still experience problems see the following:
Why does the installation on Adobe's site fail?
Here are some common ones:
*** Security software is interfering with the installation
*** User rights are not set at the correct level
*** There is an unknown bug on the Adobe site (more common than you might expect from such a company)

For some reason, the Flash ActiveX files are not properly registered on the system (common in Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Vista). A bug has been discovered on Windows Vista and some versions of Internet Explorer that prevents the proper installation both Microsoft and Adobe have been notified and tried making corrections to updated releases.

Solution to some of the above: get the standalone Flash Player installation file (links provided below). There are two types: one for Internet Explorer, the other is for Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape.
